2. Delivery
Selected Gurugram Areas
We provide fast delivery in selected areas within approximately a 10 KM radius of our service area.
Our estimated delivery time is:
30 to 60 minutes
Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, traffic, weather, order volume, location and other circumstances.
Outside Service Area
Orders placed outside our fast-delivery service area may be delivered within approximately:
3 to 8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed in exceptional circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery is available on orders of ₹299 or above, subject to applicable service areas and delivery conditions.
For orders below ₹299, delivery charges may apply.
4. Payment
At present, online payment is required for orders placed through the website.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available unless specifically offered by Anjana Electrical.
5. Product Availability
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Anjana Electrical may cancel the order and process the applicable refund to the customer.
Customers cannot place an order for products that are marked as out of stock.
6. Product Prices
Product prices displayed on the website may change at any time without prior notice.
Prices may change because of manufacturer price changes, market conditions, promotions, taxes, availability or other business reasons.
The applicable price at the time of placing the order will generally be considered the order price, subject to correction of any obvious pricing or technical errors.
7. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been successfully placed, customer-initiated cancellation is generally not allowed.
Customers are requested to carefully check the product, quantity, address and order details before completing payment.
An order may be cancelled by Anjana Electrical in circumstances such as:
Product being unavailable
Incorrect or invalid product information
Technical/system error
Payment issue
Delivery/service-area limitation
Any other genuine operational reason
If an order is cancelled by Anjana Electrical after payment, the applicable refund will be processed through the original/appropriate payment method.
8. Return Policy
Products are generally eligible for return only in cases covered under our return/replacement policy.
Customers should inspect the product promptly after delivery.
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
After 24 hours, return or replacement requests may not be accepted except where required under applicable law or a manufacturer's warranty/service policy.
9. Damaged or Wrong Product
If the customer receives:
A damaged product, or
A different/wrong product from what was ordered,
the customer should contact Anjana Electrical as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery.
The customer may be asked to provide photographs/videos of the product, packaging, invoice and other relevant information for verification.
After verification, Anjana Electrical may provide an appropriate replacement or refund, as applicable.
10. Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the reason for the refund and the applicable payment/service provider process.
Refunds may be applicable in situations such as:
Order cancelled by Anjana Electrical
Product unavailable after payment
Approved damaged-product claim
Approved wrong-product claim
Other eligible circumstances
Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
11. Manufacturer Warranty & Service
For products carrying a manufacturer's warranty, warranty/service support may be provided according to the applicable brand/manufacturer warranty terms.
For eligible branded products, customers may receive manufacturer/customer-care or home-service support as applicable.
Warranty does not normally cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized repair, electrical fluctuations or other exclusions specified by the manufacturer.
12. Installation
Where installation or home service is applicable, it may be provided according to the manufacturer's/service provider's terms.
Free service, installation or home visit claims are subject to product eligibility and the applicable brand/service policy.
13. Customer Account / Login
Customers may be able to place orders without creating a permanent account where the website allows it.
If login/account registration is available, customers may choose to create an account for easier ordering and order management.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
14. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing the correct delivery address
Providing a valid phone number
Selecting the correct product and quantity
Checking product specifications before ordering
Checking the order details before payment
Being available to receive the order
